Someone said that truly believe that ChatGPT is the latest startup and there no need to build anything after it. That’s a nonsense ofc. But what is more interesting for me, is that the level of kicking in new software product was grown insanely, and OpenAI&Co can be a good booster, like apple, or bottlenecks, like Microsoft. Let me explain.

When Apple released AppStore, the concept was far more promising than anyone expected. They given way to others to be rich, spread their products easily. And google android project did the same but in wider scale. Valve did the same with Steam marketplace. But suddenly becomes like Microsoft - giant progress stopper. Tiny bottleneck that doesn’t allow to anyone go freely through it. Dominance makes every of your decision to be a fundamental. Fire can be used to heat or burn.

So on my opinion OpenAI and others won’t be last startups, but they can be or huge boosters of others, or just a wall that doesn’t allow anyone else to live.
