Wonderful. Imagine in late 1980 you’re telling some IBM engineer that in 50 years such devices he works on will be few square centimetres big and work as fucking vape. Insane, but someone really hosted site on hardware from vape.

What is really interesting, is what direction it all goes to. Does that mean that in another 50 years we may have smaller or more capable computers. Maybe even optimised LLM with more advanced reasoning techniques. Which may lead us to Cyberpunk. But afaik in that game all advanced AI were part of big network, with cloud servers, and not just tiny devices that smart enough to talk. There were also robots who are kinda smart to talk, but not really a self conscious.

Maybe we can connect all those tiny vapes to general high bandwidth network, and get much more features in it. Like fitness band, smart watch or smart glasses connected to phone. It could finally lead to next era of wearable IoT devices.
